Duncan: Where’s the vision?

Former Montgomery County Executive Doug Duncan asks can leaders in Annapolis that “been there and done that,” whether they can make an acutal tough decision and be honest with Marylanders about the economy and inolve them.

Duncan (D), who was also a gubernatorial candidate who stopped his campaign because of alleged health issues, wrote a letter to The Washington Post last week where he also added that there is too much hope (no pun intended) being placed on the eocnomic stimulus that was signed into law last week.
