The E-List: Adam Pagnucco…again
March 12th, 2009 by Kenneth Burns

Now the latest check of the list that tracks those who have been naughty, Maryland Politics Today’s now infamous E-List of dishonorees. This week, it’s the man who has replaced Isaac Smith as the liberal blowhard, Adam Pagnucco, and as you will see in the over the shoulder graphic below, you can see why I dubbed him “The New Issac.”

Yah.
This time, Pagnucco and his collaborating editor, whose name will be left out because, well, why should he be known as an associate of this guy? Pagnucco was caught in the classic liberal mantra of not practicing what they preach. They decided to start moderating comments on their blog because the comments involved with their coverage of the special election to fill the seat of the late Montgomery County Councilman Don Praisner (D-Dist. 4) turned less than pleasing, nasty actually.
Pagnucco took it a step further and banned anonymous comments for reasons including civility and responsibility. This is actually well and good, but the problem is that when Red Maryland, a site that I contribute to, moved to moderate comments, Pagnucco wrote “The bloggers of Red Maryland once tried to figure out if he was spying on their site. They finally banned anonymous comments for fear of being targeted by [David] Paulson and/or his minions.”
If he had done his homework, he would have know that Streiff turned on the moderated feature because “the election brought out a particularly vile and disreputable type of commenter who either had to allege racism at every criticism of The One or fling particularly odious and racist comments in the directions of black Republicans or female Republicans.” To be fair, Streiff did say it was for the dimwitted.
I called Pagnucco out on this at Red Maryland including the part where I say “Now the part of our show where we wait for Adam to write something about this post (and/or about me.)” Just like clockwork, Adam starts puckering up.
“OK guys, if Streiff says Paulson is not the reason you banned anons, I’ll drop it… Red Maryland is the most prominent conservative blog in the state. Just as Democratic primaries are going to be fought out on our blog, Republican primaries will be waged on yours. You guys are going to have to balance your commitment to quality content with your willingness to allow hard, loud and tough debate. It’s not an easy question if you care about the reputation of your blog.”
Right there, Adam continues to not understand the difference between public and private as evidenced previously. At Red Maryland, the only issues that are up for debate are the ones that are presented.
So I was thinking since Adam was caught with his pants down again, he would be willing to at least apologize for being openly two faced for once…I guess not:
“Burns, I concede nothing to you. Readers of this comment section should consider the following information…”
I’ll do everyone a favor and just link to the recap of Pagnucco’s truth twisting. Just know that I respond to him in my pleasant way, while helping him return to earth.
I don’t know what’s funnier, the fact that he is trying to discredit me or the fact that the target of his attacks caught him twice with his pants down. Hell, I didn’t even mention his attempt to disregard my audience, I just concentrated on the fact that he chided us for moderating comments and then does the exact same thing on his site. Talk about what will make you laugh will make you cry.
Oh and speaking of those attacks, Adam. I have to ask if are you doing it because I’m a Black conservative that people actually pay attention to? Well if it is, you wouldn’t be the first White prejudicial asshat liberal that I take on. Just like the clown before you, I will remind you that even though this is a diversion, I will talk about politics in Maryland and you guys will talk about politics in Montgomery County and the Black guy who is not a member of the herd.
Adam I.S. Punknucco, you are still…

How does it feel to be embarassed by a conservative Black guy and from Prince George’s County of all places? Oh wait, some people don’t think I am black…oops.
