Brinkley: Possible Scandal

PolitickerMD.com is reporting that Senate Minority David Brinkley (R-Dist. 4) could possibly be involved with a personal scandal. The rumor is that the Carroll/Frederick Senator has been involved with a creeper (another woman) which led to a domestic disturbance.
