Politics and party affiliation aside, Question F doesn't even make sense. While the school district may be suffering, poor management and inefficient use of resources is clearly responsible for the district's shortcomings, and throwing $17 million at the problem will NOT solve the problem. So the the $1.68 million budget goes kaput and tax payers are expected to pick up the slack? If that amount of money can't be managed properly, why should I feel any security in thinking that $17 million will be...I think not! Better management, resourcefulness instead of wastefulness, and a genuine view towards solving the problems of Prince George's schools, not more money, are required to fix our school district. I, for one, will not be voting in favor of Question F, and I can only hope that others don't get duped, because this referendum vote is questionable at best, and borders on the brink of dangerous.
