Glad to know he is feeling good. But here is a question Mr. reporter. "Who are the contributors to the County 1 now slate, who suddenly supplied you (Mr Baker) with $200,000 a few days before the release of your campaign finances?" not claiming any illegality, but seems reasonable to ask for transparency in our elected officials.

I'm glad to see that Emmett Burns has his moral values still intact, but I have to state the fact that democrats are widely viewed as supporting "gay marriage". In fact, President Obama has promised to repeal DOMA and legalize "gay marriage from sea to shining sea:

Now how am I supposed to support a party that nationally advocates immorality?

Another air sandwich from the Governor from Western Maryland's perspective. We've been relegated to being MOM's own personal terrarium...being basically told not to touch any of our own resources and sit by while green job skill training is spent in Baltimore.

Even if the residents of Maryland's mountain region give our distant and ambitious chief executive the benefit of the doubt in his struggles with defining Maryland government's mission in the face of plummeting revenues, we are still waiting for him to grasp that we are geographically and geologically perfect for a variety of green initiatives that never seem to cross his mind.

Rather than cynically pulling the puppet string on MDE and the Department of State Planning to prevent development in our communities he should be working to make Mountain Maryland a nationally prominent example of green industry and energy efficient housing development.

Oh Isaac. An after the fact revelation of an alleged "questionable comment" really that's your defense. That's rich considering you work for a party that incessantly accuses Republicans of using racial "code words."

Furthermore are we to honestly believe you meant you didn't see anyone at the rally without a beard? I didn't think so.

Again, given that your comment is of a piece with the Dem talking point that the tea partiers and town hallers are racists--the implied meaning of your comment is quite clear.

I thought your readers might want to read the entire exchange I had with Mark Newgent. I'm not sure where you see me calling the attendees racists. In fact, the one questionable comment I did hear I kept to myself and off twitter.

*******
You left too soon--cant handle the truth can you. RT @isaacsalazar http://twitpic.com/xzf2h - Tea Baggers in Annapolis. #mdtweets (#mdreps)

@MarkNewgent how would u know? You stalking me?

Hey @isaacsalazar did you know your prez's bodyman literally is a teabagger http://tr.im/ArI3 #mdtweets #mdcons #mdreps.

@MarkNewgent well he did go to Duke. Stay warm.

@IsaacSalazar its the beard it stands out.

@MarkNewgent makes sense. I didn't see too many people there that looked like me ;)

@IsaacSalazar your thinly veiled accusation of racism aside, perhaps you missed this man speaking http://tr.im/KkOo.

@MarkNewgent 1. I'm not black so I'm not sure how your response makes sense.

@MarkNewgent 2. making an observation is hardly an accusation of racism...but since you brought it up http://bit.ly/xZXo1

@MarkNewgent 3. while I'm flattered that you follow me, I don't follow you so I'm gonna go back to my personal life & tweeting about #RWDC

@IsaacSalazar oh Isaac . Don't play coy now that't you've been caught. Your implication of racism is perfectly clear + its Dem talkingpt.

@MarkNewgent to be clear. I didn't see too many people there that looked like me - Latino or Middle Eastern. That is a fact.

@IsaacSalazar true but that specific is irrelevant the sublt implication of racism is clear otherwise why tweet it....

@IsaacSalazar Besides labeling teapartiers racist is standard talking point for the party you work for.

THE SOURCE OF NEW JOBS!
New jobs begin with pebble droppers, people making waves and wakes, the entrepreneurs who start business ventures. The “soil” must nurture them, not discourage them. Pebble droppers must be saved and admired for the service they provide. Instead, they are envied by the few, taxed and punished by government whose only purpose is to protect all people against injustice. SAVE PEBBLE DROPPERS & PROSPERITY defines a pebble dropper and the environment that is best to encourage their success. Today’s politicians are dismantling the American ideal of a prosperous, free nation. The 2008 election did seek “change,” but made community interests superior to individual interests. What has happened to the voices who believe in the importance of the individual? That is why America differs from the rest of the world. If “change” is inevitable, will we lose that which sets us apart from the Old World. Claysamerica.com
